Elizabeth Fairbanks-Fletcher, Esq. is a New York State-licensed attorney and owner of Elizabeth Fletcher LLC focusing on federal and state tax debt resolution. As owner of Fairbanks Fletcher Law PLLC, Elizabeth focuses on Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy and foreclosure defense. She is a tax attorney and received her Juris Doctorate with a tax concentration from Albany Law School. Before earning her Juris Doctorate, Elizabeth graduated summa cum laude from Marist College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Elizabeth is the treasurer of the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association and a member of the Local Rules Committee for the bankruptcy court in the Northern District of New York. She is admitted to practice in New York State, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Tax Court.

Elizabeth released one album as singer/songwriter/keyboardist for Drezdon Blacque, where she was billed as Lisa Fairbanks. She has been married to her husband, guitarist George Fletcher since 1991. Together they have one son, Maxwell, born in 2010. She is also actively involved in rescuing shelter dogs and cats throughout the country.
